How long will my order take? 

Everything we sell is made to order using your specic requirements on average most orders are dispatched within 3-4 days.

How personalised are you?

We work with you from the beginning to get the vision out of your head and into whatever medium you were looking for. For example a word art frame if you have a specific shape and colours in mind we will send screenshots of work in progress until you're happy. Please note you will need to let us now at point of ordering that you require a proof before printing.

I need a certain colour can you help?

We have so many colours of ribbon that it is impossible to list them all, if you have a specific shade of colour that you require contact us and we will do everything we can to match it or failing that suggest a beautiful contrasting colour.

I need to add some extra information?

If you have forgotten something please contact us via the contact page and we will do all we can to resolve this for you. email is cleverchic@outlook.com

My order arrived damaged what happens now?



Please contact us and we arrange to send a replacement out ASAP. We may need photos to claim from our delivery partners.
