Terms and Conditions

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us so please read the following information.
Information we collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, address, email/phone number and the details of the product you’re ordering.
Certain other personal information may be required for a custom order such as dates and names depending on product.
This information we are legally bound to hold for seven years for Tax Purposes in accordance with HMRC’s legislation.
We do not sign you up to a mailing list, all communications are deleted once dealt with and your email address/phone number are never saved.
Paper records have to be held for tax purposes for Seven years (in a locked filing cabinet) and once this date has passed they are destroyed responsibly.
In the unlikely event of a breach we will report to the Police and the ICO immediately (this has to be done within 72 hours) so that measures can be taken.
All platforms we sell on and payment systems we use have had to prove their GDPR compliancy and we have copies of these statements in a dedicated folder.

Cookies
1. From Cookies. We collect information using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. We may use session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser), persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) or equivalent technologies (including but not limited to “Local Storage”) to help us collect Other Information and to enhance your experience using the Service. Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
· Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
· Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
· Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
· Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
